 The Central Boiler Classic® models are engineered to be the most efficient outdoor wood furnaces available while providing the best durability, low maintenance features, and an appealing fit and finish. The Classic models are available in a choice of 9 different colors with the exception of the CL 7260 and the Pallet Burner which are available in charcoal.

Many of our models are also available with a dual fuel option. This feature allows the Classic to operate using the economical choice of wood and/or the convenience of fuel oil, propane or natural gas. The consumer can choose from four different modes of operation:
- Wood - allows the user to operate the furnace burning only wood
 .
- Clean Start™ - allows the Dual Fuel burner to operate for a short period of time to immediately create secondary combustion within the Ripple Top® and Heat Lock Baffle® firebox design.
- Duel Fuel Backup - automatically initiates the Dual Fuel Burner as a backup if the operator does not refuel the furnace with wood.
- Fuel Oil, LP, NG - allows operation of the furnace when not firing with wood.

This furnace offers one of the cleanest ways to heat with wood and can replace multiple indoor wood stoves. This next-generation furnace with efficiencies that rival high efficiency gas furnaces offers a whole house heating that works with existing forced-air, boiler or radiant heat systems. The E-Classic can heat multiple buildings, domestic water, shop and more. The E-Classic uses a totally renewable resource (wood) which, when burned, results in no net increase in greenhouse gas emissions (carbon dioxide).
